PHYSICAL HEALTH MENTAL TOUGHNESS SPIRITUAL CONNECTION
OWN EVERY MOMENT:
To have the ability to decide on how you want to feel at any moment, no matter the circumstances, and to take that moment and create gratitude, joy, patience, and purpose! To use this moment as a launching pad to live your best life!
We are living in a time that I believe has been created by the collective consciousness. To much focus on celebrity, to much focus on material, to much focus on the outward, to much focus on who's right and who can be criticized for what.
The Buddha said that "suffering is created by desire."
We want what we don't have, always saying we'll be happy when we get to this place or this amount of money or this relationship or that job, etc...
Having money and the job and relationship and the material can be amazing things, but is worthless without peace of mind, physical health and faith in something bigger then ourselves.
So on our path, we first need to build a super-strong foundation! So that no storm can blow us over.
The first brick to lay is Gratitude! I believe we can not succeed unless we can Dwell in Gratitude: Here's a link to a video that can help:

The genius thing about Own Every Moment is you always start where you are- you focus on what you can do right now to gain presence and strength- but Peter is always bringing you towards your deeper goals. I haven’t felt this connected to my authentic self in a long time. Peter gives me permission to start building a road towards myself- the vision of myself I’ve always valued the deepest, but haven’t always had the courage or guidance to pursue.

Working with Peter really helped me figure out what’s important, what’s just noise, and how to separate the two. He’s a great listener. He asks the right questions. He helped me crystalize my motivation and focus during what could have otherwise been a pretty confusing time. -- -----Adam Dunetz
Peter helped us to zero in on our primary goals as a business and create a clear and manageable plan to move us closer toward them. Our consultation with him felt well balanced between how to achieve our business goals and effectively serve our community.

"I've made my living as a touring musician for over a decade, and every person & place I've encountered along my way has made an impression on me. Over time, I've noticed that those impressions have shaped me, changed my perspective or at least kept my mind more flexible, fluid, open.
But I've also noticed that there are some truly durable, core insights that I've carried with me the whole way through-- guideposts that have stood the tests of time, travel, and constant change. So many of those guideposts that I return to over and over are the ones that came from Peter.
Years ago, when I'd only share my songs with a friend or two, Peter asked me this question: 'Who are you to keep your joy (your music) to yourself, and why wouldn't you use it to serve others?' That is, hands down, the question that set my career in motion. And it's also one of the guideposts that's stuck with me - I've probably asked myself this question a thousand times over by now. It's guided me through every pang of stage-fright, comparison and crippling self doubt. In the beginning, I had a lot of that. I think I may have allowed it to talk me out of even trying to be a musician. I feel wildly grateful that happened to meet Peter right when I needed to hear what he had to say.
Another Peter-ism that has stuck with me: 'Play your heart out tonight because you never know who's in the room, and everyone else deserves it.' I'll never forget hearing that from him during a particularly grueling stretch on tour. It was exactly what I needed to hear to be re-energized and re-aligned with my sense of purpose.
Peter is full of these kinds of gems. He's observant, experienced and knows how to deliver a message so that it resonates.
And while I'll never be able to articulate just how much he's helped me navigate my own ever-winding roads, I can say wholeheartedly that his guidance is the kind that keeps you going through it all, and that you'll return to again and again along the way."
